1. Community Standards
Ghost Touch is a professional learning environment. All users must treat others with respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or bullying will result in immediate account termination.
2. Academic Integrity
Do not use Ghost Touch to cheat on exams, assignments, or assessments. Content created should be original and properly attributed. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
3. Content Guidelines
Users may not post: (a) inappropriate or offensive material; (b) spam, scams, or phishing content; (c) copyrighted material without permission; (d) personal information of others without consent.
4. Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors must provide accurate, helpful guidance. Misleading students, providing incorrect answers, or refusing to assist without cause may result in account suspension.
5. Student Conduct
Students must actively participate in sessions, respect tutor time, and complete assigned practice. Repeated no-shows or disruptive behavior may limit platform access.
6. Privacy & Safety
Never share personal information (address, phone, financial details) with other users. Report suspicious activity immediately. All users must be 13+; users 13-17 require parental consent.
7. Platform Usage
Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing accounts is prohibited. Automated tools, bots, or scripts that interact with the platform are not allowed without explicit permission.
8. Payment & Subscriptions
Premium features require valid subscription. Refunds are at Direwolfe-X Co. discretion. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
9. Reporting Violations
Report rule violations via the in-app reporting system. Provide evidence and context. False reports may result in disciplinary action.
10. Consequences
Violations may result in: warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or legal action depending on severity. School admins may remove members from their institutions.
11. Updates
These rules may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
